User data deletion

1. What this page is about

SocialAgent processes personal data of clients and access tokens to their Instagram and Facebook accounts for the purpose of scheduling and publishing content (see Privacy Policy). This page describes how you, as a user, can have your data deleted from SocialAgent at any time - either self-service or upon request.

2. Disconnecting Instagram / Facebook / your ad account yourself

If you only want to disconnect your Instagram Business account or Facebook Page from SocialAgent (i.e. immediately wipe our access tokens and stop any further calls to the Meta Graph API from our side), you can do so yourself in the app:

1. Sign in to SocialAgent at socialagent.cz/login.
2. Open Settings → Social networks section.
3. Click Disconnect next to Instagram, the Facebook Page or the Meta ad account.

As soon as you click Disconnect we erase the long-lived access token, the account ID, the refresh token and all stored metadata about your connection from our database. For an ad account this also ends our access to your campaigns and their statistics; the campaigns themselves stay in your Meta ad account. Your posts and photos in SocialAgent remain - to delete those as well, continue with step 3.

3. Deletion of the entire client account and all data

If you want all data SocialAgent stores about you deleted - client profile, brand profile, photos, videos, generated posts, analytics, audit log, everything - send a request by email to:

The fastest route: sign in and use Delete account under Settings > Billing. Once you retype your company name everything is deleted immediately and irreversibly - no waiting. If you cannot sign in, use the email below.

Use the subject line „Data deletion request - SocialAgent" and include in the body the email / Instagram username / company name so we can find you in the system. We will process the request within 30 days, in line with Art. 17 GDPR (right to be forgotten). We will confirm completion by replying to your email.

Notice: under Act No. 235/2004 Coll. we must retain certain records for 10 years for accounting and tax purposes (invoices, payments). After your request these records will be pseudonymised so we can no longer link them to you personally, but they cannot be deleted entirely. More in Section 4 of Privacy Policy.

4. Removing permissions from Meta (Instagram / Facebook)

Independent of the above, you can revoke SocialAgent's permissions directly from your Instagram / Facebook settings at any time:

• Instagram: Mobile app → your profile → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → find SocialAgent → Remove.
• Facebook: facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites → Active → find SocialAgent → Remove.

Once permissions are revoked, Meta invalidates our access token on its side - any Graph API call from us will fail. We mark the tokens as invalid on the next automatic refresh cycle (daily) or on the next publish attempt.
